Reynolds, one of the nation's top recruiters, is founder, president, and CEO of The Repovich-Reynolds Group, a retained national executive search firm specializing in the investor relations, communications, and marketing functions within world-class companies. She has served as the U.S. director of executive search and later director of human resources for Hill and Knowlton's Western United States region. Reynolds was the Southern California public relations director for United Cable Television during the peak of franchising in the greater Los Angeles area and, press deputy for former Los Angeles City Councilwoman Pat Russell. The author of a new book, BE HUNTED: 12 Secrets to Getting on the Headhunter's Radar Screen (John Wiley & Sons), Reynolds is a dynamic, popular lecturer and keynote speaker as well as a frequent contributor to professional journals and newsletters. She recently contributed a chapter, "How to Take Charge When a Headhunter Calls," to the recently published book, Navigating Your Career. Reynolds has a B.A. degree in broadcast journalism from the University of Southern California.
