Lynn Donohue, author and self-made entrepreneur has dedicated her life to motivating, educating, and inspiring others to reach their greatest potential. Lynn is a success pioneer, a contemporary Horatio Alger, who, against numerous obstacles including a tormented youth, uncovered her life's passion and courageously carved a path to personal and professional achievement. Along the way, she became the first woman in the northeast region to break through the male-dominated industry of masonry and the first woman to be accepted in her local bricklayer's union. This triumph propelled her into becoming a top earning sales executive and ultimately a power-wielding proprietor of her own major construction company before the age of thirty. Lynn uses the simple but ingenious message "through hard work and perseverance anything can be achieved." She views success as a system, that when learned and lived will lead to an abundant life.

As a result of Lynn's entrepreneurial business success she has founded her own nonprofit organization, Brick By Brick, which empowers young minds to reach their top potential and has shared her journey of accomplishment in her memoir Brick by Brick: A Woman's Journey.

Lynn Donohue, a motivational speaker with a triumphant story of self-accomplishment, perseverance and entrepreneurial success, was founder of a multi-million dollar construction business. An unrelenting spokesperson for individuals whose way to the top has been blocked by poverty or privation, Lynn is the founder of Brick By Brick, a community organization established to help high school dropouts and others struggling with career choices. Lynn has also published her first book also entitled Brick By Brick: A Woman's Journey. She currently resides in Marion, MA with her husband and children.
